The eastimated delvery times are eastimates based on pat experience. We don't garruntee anything that the card will be delivered in this time-frame. Top 3. Price Includes: Price of Card, Shipping Across India by Postal Mai, Personalization & Taxes. There are no hidden charges. Most of the times, we do not charge your Credit Card until your cards are shipped. Top 4. Shipping, Handling and Personalization We deliver to anywhere in the world using Postal Service. If the gift is sent through courier within India, we can reach over 1100 destinations that are being served by Blue Dart, the Indian Channel Partner of FedEx. Details on the pricing of shipping charges is provided above under 'Delivery Options'. We personalize your card for you and send it directly to the recepient. There are three parts of your communication that you write on the card. These are: i) Salutation (like 'Dear Chandra') ii) Closing (like 'Your Loving Son, Sameer') iii)Message (Your message of about 200 words) We hand-write the Salutation and Closing on the card to retain the personal touch. We even hand-write the message on the card, if its kept short, otherwise we print the message and tag it along the card. Top 5. Customer Satisfaction and Refunds We want you to be delighted with your purchases every time you shop at WishByCards.com. If for any reason you're less than happy with your order, please let us know right away. We'll do everything we can to help out! We garauntee that your cards will be sent on the Date of Posting selected by you, when you placed your order. Please take into notice the time-frame that will be required for the cards to reach their destination. Eastimated time-frames are provided in the delivery options. If still think that you have not received the service that you expected, please fill the details in the contact us form and we will refund all the amount back to you. Please note that it will take about 3 to 4 weeks for the refund to reflect back into your credit card statement. Top 6.
