Are these the same cards that I get in a Real Cards Store? Yes, WishByCards.com sells real, paper greeting cards as seend by you in stores. We feature hundreds of recognized card lines, artists, and publishers (e.g., Far Side, Anne Geddes, Dilbert). Where is WishByCards.com based? WishByCards.com has its warehouse in New Delhi, India. All the Cards are personalized and shipped from here. How can I contact WishByCards.com? You can contact our customer service department at support@wishbycards.com. Top Payment and Security How do I make payment? You can make payment using Master Card or Visa Credit Cards. At present this is the only method used by us. We will soon start a system where you can make payment using Cheques, Bank Drafts, Debit Cards or even directly from your bank account. Are my credit card details secure? To retain the personal touch we hand-write Salutation and Closing. Your message is printed and tagged to the card. If the message is kept short, then we try to write it to keep the personal touch. Then we post or courier the card on the date of posting selected by you. You should expect the date of delivery based on the delivery option that you had choosen. What if I am not satisfied? We will respond as soon as we possibly can! Do you garuntee a date of delivery for greeting cards? We only garuntee that we will send your card with the method Do you have a return policy? No, we do not have a return policy because the cards are useless after they are written. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied or if you think we have not delivered the services promised by us, you can always ask for a refund. Top Ordering Related Is there any minimum number of cards or minimum value for the order? No, there is no minimum commitment, you can go ahead even order only one card. How do I place a order? Here are the steps: -Browse the catalouge and find the appropriate card for the occasion. -You can see the text of the card by moving your mouse over the card's picture. If you would like to see a bigger immage you can click on the card. -Click on the "Buy" link. -You will be taken to Sender's Information page. You enter the sender's details here. This is the only time you enter this information as our system remembers this. -You then choose the Delivery Option from the given choice and click on "Next". -You will be taken to Recepient Information page. You enter the recepient's address, salutation, message, closing and date of posting. Click on "Next" -You will then be taken to Shopping Bag. You have the option to go back and shop more. -If you are buying more cards, you will have to follow the above steps till you reach the shopping bag again. -From the shopping bag page you have the option to edit the details for the card(s) that you have bought. -Finally, click on the "checkout", enter your billing address, which is already filled-in, and click on "Pay". -You will be taken to the Credit Card Information page and where you enter the card details. -After this, you will be taken to the transaction confirmation page. Click on the confirmation link and you will be see your Invoice. -After placing your order, you will receive your and order confirmation email, which details you about the order. Do some cards cost more than others? Yes, we have a wide range of cards priced differently. Price of each card is shown along with the card is US Dollors(USD) and Indian Rupees(INR). Can I track my order? We keep you updated till we post your card. Also we will update you when there is a problem in the delivery address or if the card is not accepted by the sender. Will I receive an order confirmation email? Yes, You will receive an email which will elaborate the details of your order to you. This email will also provide necessary links to modify or change your order details, track your order etc. What's your return policy? There is no return possible in cse of card as the card is useless once its written. We do have a refund policy, according to which, if we fail to satisfy you, we will refund you your amount. What does 'personalization' mean? We personalize your card for you and send it directly to the recepient. There are three parts of your communication that you write on the card. These are: i) Salutation (like 'Dear Chandra') ii) Closing (like 'Your Loving Son, Sameer') iii)Message (Your message of about 200 words) We hand-write the Salutation and Closing on the card to retain the personal touch. We even hand-write the message on the card, if its kept short, otherwise we print the message and tag it along the card. What is the easiest way to browse your card store? Just choose the occasion or category and you will be able to see the cards available in it. We have provided sub-categories where ever we thought that they were needed for easier navigation of cards. Because we print your card within 48 hours of receiving it, we are unable to allow the editng after the order is placed.
